At Hydro Oasis, we want to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and at the best possible rate.
Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide.

International customers are welcome, please contact us at info@hydrooasis.com.au to arrange a quote.
Carriers

We ship using Australia Post and TNT.

Customers may also organise their own courier at their own expense.
Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST are generally shipped the same day.

In most cases, even orders placed before 5:00 PM will still be sent the same day.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates

Calculated at checkout: Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Free Shipping: Orders over $499 qualify for free standard shipping (excluding bulky items).
Bulky Items

Certain oversized items (e.g. large tents, big fans, reservoirs) are not eligible for free shipping.

If your order includes both bulky and non-bulky items:

Non-bulky items over $499 will still ship free.

Bulky items will have separate freight costs applied at checkout.

Bulky items will always be clearly marked on the product page.
⏳ Delivery Times

Metro areas: 2–5 business days.

Regional/remote areas: 5–10 business days.

Tracking information is provided for every shipment.
🏬 Local Pickup

In-store pickup is available at 2/322 Hobart Road, Youngtown, TAS 7249.

Pickup is Tasmania-only.

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 1 hour of purchase).
Live Plants

At this time, we do not ship live plants. We’ll update this policy when shipping becomes available.
Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your item is damaged in transit, we’ll provide a replacement.
