These terms describe the Hydro Oasis SMS (text message) program. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Program description
When you opt in to the Hydro Oasis SMS program, you will receive recurring marketing text messages from Hydro Oasis, including rare plant and product restock alerts and subscriber-exclusive specials and promotions. You may also receive back-in-stock alerts for specific products you have asked us to notify you about. Separately, if you place an order, we may send you order-related messages such as order updates and dispatch and shipping notifications; these are sent on the basis of your order and are not part of the marketing opt-in. Messages are sent using our registered branded sender ID, which displays as “Hydro Oasis”. This sender ID is one-way and cannot receive replies.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to give valid consent under Australian law and authorised to use the mobile number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provide is your own and that you are authorised to receive messages on it.
3. Consent
By entering your mobile number and submitting our signup form or popup, you agree to receive marketing SMS from Hydro Oasis at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and is not required to sign up or to use our website. Your consent to receive SMS is separate from any consent you give to receive email, and you may give or withhold it independently.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive up to around 4 messages per month.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Hydro Oasis is not responsible for any charges levied by your mobile carrier.
6. How to opt out
These messages are sent from a one-way branded sender ID and cannot receive replies. To opt out, tap the unsubscribe link included at the end of any message you receive from us. This link is one-click and will not ask you to log in or to provide any further personal information. Your request will be actioned promptly and, in any case, within 5 business days, as required under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). If the unsubscribe link does not work for you, you can also ask to be removed by emailing info@hydrooasis.com.au or calling +61 481 526 666; opt-out requests received by email or phone will also be actioned within 5 business days.

For help with the SMS program, email info@hydrooasis.com.au or call +61 481 526 666; we aim to respond within 5 business days. Because our sender ID is one-way, please do not reply to the text message itself, as we will not receive it.
8. Delivery
Message delivery is subject to the availability and reliability of mobile networks and other factors outside our control. Hydro Oasis does not guarantee that every message will be delivered, and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our general Terms of Service are also available on our website.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
