AC Infinity Peel & Stick Zipper
The AC Infinity Peel & Stick Zipper is an adhesive zip-entry system designed to create clean, quick-access openings in plastic sheeting, poly film, tarps, vinyl, and panda film without permanently cutting or modifying the surface. Each zipper features a high-strength nylon strip with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing that bonds firmly to a broad range of sheeting materials and withstands high temperatures while maintaining a reliable, long-lasting seal.
The SBS (slide-by-slide) zipper runs the full 2.13 m (7 ft) length and features double-sided pull tabs, allowing entry and exit from either face of the sheeting, practical wherever two people need independent access from opposite sides of a partition, or where the entryway is used from both directions. When closed, the zipper forms an air and watertight seal that blocks dust, debris, and pests while also helping to trap humidity and odours within the sealed environment. The jam-proof slider design prevents teeth misalignment under regular daily use.
In growing applications, the Peel & Stick Zipper is most commonly used with panda film to partition grow rooms, add access points to improvised grow spaces, or fit a functional entry door to a sealed sheeting enclosure. It is equally suited to construction sites, remodelling zones, and any setting where plastic sheeting serves as a temporary barrier. Available in 1-pack and 2-pack configurations, it suits single- and dual-entry setups. A grower lining a spare room with panda film who needs a sealed, light-tight doorway without committing to a permanent cut can apply a Peel & Stick Zipper in minutes and have a fully functional entry from the first day.

Directions for Use

Directions for Use
- Clean the application surface thoroughly, it must be dry and free from dust, moisture, and oils for the adhesive to bond correctly.
- Unzip the zipper fully before application so the nylon strip lies completely flat.
- Mark the intended position of the zipper on the sheeting, centring it on your desired entry point.
- Peel back a short section of the adhesive backing and press the nylon strip firmly onto the sheeting at the top of the zipper, starting from one end.
- Continue peeling the backing gradually and pressing the full 2.13 m (7 ft) strip down in one continuous run, applying firm, even pressure throughout.
- Repeat for the opposing half of the zipper, aligning the two halves carefully before pressing to ensure the slider engages cleanly.
- Once both strips are applied, run firm pressure along the full length of each strip, a roller or the back of a hand works well to maximise adhesion.
- Allow the adhesive to cure before operating the zipper under regular load.
- Open and close the zipper several times to confirm the slider runs freely along the full length without catching.
Store unused zippers in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight to preserve adhesive strength until needed.
