The AC Infinity Controller AI+ is an AI-powered environmental controller built around the UIS™ (Universal Intelligence System) platform, engineered to autonomously manage and optimise every aspect of your indoor growing environment. Connecting directly to up to eight UIS devices, and up to 32 via optional splitter hubs, it independently programs fans, grow lights, humidifiers, heaters, and air conditioners, dynamically adjusting each device's output level in real time to maintain precise temperature, humidity, and vapour pressure deficit (VPD) targets.
At the core of the Controller AI+ is a machine learning system that observes your grow space over time, analyses climate patterns, anticipates fluctuations, and makes the fine, incremental adjustments necessary to hold your environment stable without manual input. Dual-zone monitoring tracks conditions both inside and outside your tent simultaneously, giving the system real-world context for smarter decision-making. Two operating modes accommodate any experience level: Beginner Mode applies AI-generated pre-sets based on your plant type and connected equipment, while Advanced Mode grants full access to custom triggers, VPD programs, schedules, cycles, and timer-based automations via the AC Infinity app. All programming is retained in offline memory, keeping your grow protected even when your WiFi connection drops.
The Controller AI+ is expandable with optional CO₂, soil, and hydro sensors for more comprehensive environmental tracking, and pairs with the AC Infinity app over WiFi or Bluetooth for real-time insights, data charts, alert notifications, and access to the built-in grow assistant, Ara. For a grower running a dialled tent with a Cloudline exhaust fan, an LED fixture, and a humidifier, the AI+ eliminates the guesswork, monitoring the ambient room outside the tent, anticipating afternoon temperature spikes, and adjusting fan speed incrementally before conditions shift.

Directions for Use

- Mount or place the Controller AI+ in your grow space, inside or outside the tent as preferred.
- Connect the power adapter to the base of the controller and plug it into a power outlet.
- Insert the temperature/humidity/VPD sensor probe into the designated port on the base of the controller and position the probe tip inside the grow space at canopy height.
- Connect your UIS devices (fans, lights, humidifiers, heaters) to the numbered UIS ports on the controller.
- Download the AC Infinity app and pair the controller via Bluetooth, then connect to your 2.4 GHz WiFi network for remote access and AI features.
- Select your operating mode in the app: choose Beginner Mode to let the AI configure presets based on plant type and connected devices, or Advanced Mode to set custom triggers, schedules, timers, and VPD automations.
- For third-party devices such as dehumidifiers or air conditioners, connect via the UIS Control Plug accessory (sold separately) Note: that only on/off control is available for outlet devices.
- Optionally expand the sensor ecosystem by adding CO₂, soil moisture, or hydro sensors (sold separately) for broader environmental tracking.
- Monitor real-time data, alerts, and performance charts via the AC Infinity app. Export data as CSV where required.
Store the controller in a clean, dry location when not in use. Keep the sensor probe free from moisture ingress.

The AC Infinity AI+ Controller brings all compatible UIS equipment together through one central control panel, making it much easier to manage fans, lighting, heating, humidification and other environmental equipment.
The AI control is useful and does a reasonable job of adjusting equipment automatically, but I have found that carefully setting the parameters yourself generally produces better results. The AI can occasionally make decisions that work against each other, such as running a humidifier while a dehumidifier is operating, or increasing extraction to full speed while a heater and humidifier are trying to maintain the environment.
Used with manually configured parameters, it is an excellent controller and gives you a high level of control over the entire growing environment. The hardware and UIS ecosystem are both very good; I just do not think the AI is quite refined enough to rely on completely yet.
