AC Infinity Ionbeam S16 Supplemental LED
The AC Infinity Ionbeam S16 Supplemental LED is the long-bar set in the Ionbeam family, running four 40.6 cm (15.98 in) full-spectrum bars where the compact AC Infinity Ionbeam S11 Supplemental LED runs shorter ones. The extra length matters for more than reach: AC Infinity rates the S16 for inter-canopy and supplemental duty and also as a primary light over seedlings and propagation trays, the only model in the family to carry that rating. That makes it a genuine two-role fixture: a seedling light early in the cycle, then side or under-canopy fill once a main fixture takes over.
Every bar mounts 18 Samsung LM301H EVO diodes, half again as many per bar as the S11, for 72 across the set in the same 3000K plus 5000K full-spectrum blend, with each diode rated at 3.14 µmol/J PPE. The set draws 42 W, the highest in the Ionbeam range. Bars measure 40.6 x 2.85 cm (15.98 x 1.12 in) in a sealed aluminium body rated IP65, so condensation and misting inside a tent are not a concern. Mounting is tool-free: the included powder-coated steel bars clamp through the tent canvas or seat directly on steel poles, with screws included for hard mounting, and all four bars daisy-chain from a single EC power adapter. The wired Dimming Schedule Controller offers ten intensity levels with ON, SCHEDULE, SUNSET/SUNRISE and CLOCK modes; brightness can ramp up and down over programmable sunrise and sunset windows of up to six hours, the clock survives power loss on an internal battery, and a controller lock guards against accidental changes.
The power cord runs 253.4 cm (8 ft) and the included 304.8 cm (10 ft) UIS extension cord connects the adapter to a UIS controller, which then takes over from the onboard controller and brings app-based automation. Kit contents mirror the rest of the S-series: one single-corded and three dual-corded bars, four magnetic mounting bars, controller, adapter, nine bar extension cords and full mounting hardware. Sized for 1.22 m (4 ft) tents such as the AC Infinity Cloudlab 844 Grow Tent 1.22 x 1.22 x 2.03 m, the set also earns a place over trays and humidity domes in a propagation area. Run at full intensity it takes seedlings through to transplant on its own, then spends the rest of the cycle delivering the mid-canopy light a single overhead fixture cannot.
NOTE: AC Infinity rates the S16 as a primary light for seedlings and propagation only; established vegetative and flowering plants still require a dedicated main fixture, with the S16 working as supplemental and inter-canopy lighting alongside it.

Directions for Use

- Mount the four magnetic bars through the canvas or onto the tent's steel poles, or screw them to a solid surface.
- Snap the light bars into place and connect them in a chain with the included extension cords, single-corded bar first.
- Plug the chain into the Dimming Schedule Controller and EC power adapter, then set the clock.
- Select ON, SCHEDULE or SUNSET/SUNRISE mode and one of ten intensity levels.
- As a primary propagation light, run at full intensity above trays or domes; as inter-canopy fill, position bars level with the mid canopy.
- Connect the adapter to a UIS controller with the included cord to hand over scheduling and automation.
