AC Infinity Ionbeam Supplemental LED
Four slim bars let the AC Infinity Ionbeam Supplemental LED reach the parts of a canopy that an overhead fixture can miss. Positioned beside, between or below foliage as plants fill out and overlap, they add useful light through shaded growth without forcing the main light closer to the entire crop. Two bar lengths are offered for different layouts; the choice is primarily physical reach, while the exact wattage, diode count and dimensions for each set remain in Technical Specifications.
Each sealed unibody bar carries Samsung LM301H EVO diodes on an aluminium board, combining 3000K and 5000K white light. AC Infinity rate the housing IP65 against dust and water jets, and credit the aluminium construction with moving heat away from the diode row. The four bars connect in series from one power adapter, with locking collars at the cable joints. Magnetic ends can grip a steel tent frame directly or clamp through canvas to the supplied steel mounting bars, while the included screws provide another option where the mounting surface is not magnetic.
The wired schedule controller provides ten intensity levels, clock-based operation and gradual sunrise or sunset transitions. In schedule mode, the ON level becomes the operating ceiling and the OFF level becomes the floor, so the OFF value must be set to zero when the bars need to go completely dark. The supplied UIS lead can connect the power adapter to a compatible UIS controller instead. AC Infinity publish close-range intensity guidance for supplemental use, but no PPF, PPFD map or coverage footprint for either model, so placement should be adjusted cautiously around the actual canopy rather than treated as a fixed coverage claim.
NOTE: These full-spectrum S-series bars do not emit ultraviolet light. AC Infinity instruct that the LEDs must not be stared at directly and that timer programming must not be relied on as the only means of isolating power. Unplug the power cord before installing, moving or servicing the set.

Directions for Use

- Connect the single-corded light bar's female port to a dual-corded bar's male connector, then chain the remaining bars, securing every joint with its twist-on collar.
- Fit one of the nine bar extension cords into any link in the chain where the four bars need to sit further apart.
- Connect the EC power adapter's male connector to the free end of the chain, seating the gasket end of the UIS connector into the adapter.
- Use the UIS extension cord to connect the power adapter to the schedule controller, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- For canvas mounting, set a steel mounting bar on the outside of the tent wall or ceiling and the light bar at the matching spot inside, then test that the magnetic grip through the canvas is secure before use.
- For pole mounting, place the bar's magnets directly on a steel tent pole and use the supplied hook and loop cable ties to fix the lighting angle and add security.
- For hard mounting, mark the holes through a mounting bar with the logo facing the wall, drill, insert wall anchors unless fixing into timber, screw the mounting bar down, then set the light bar's magnet ends onto it.
- Mount the controller on any steel surface using the magnet under its label, on a wall by the screw holes on its back, or on a Cloudlab controller plate, which is not included, using the supplied plate bolts.
- Set the current time in CLOCK mode, then set the running brightness in ON mode and, in OFF mode, the minimum level a SCHEDULE cycle will dim to.
- In SCHEDULE mode set an on clock-time and an off clock-time; the countdown begins once no button has been pressed for five seconds.
- In SUNSET/RISE mode set a ramp of 0:00 to 6:00 hours, which applies to both the brighten and the dim, then return to SCHEDULE mode for it to take effect.
- As supplemental lighting, match intensity to distance: 10% at 25 mm (1 in), 20 to 30% at 50 mm (2 in), 40 to 50% at 76 mm (3 in), 60 to 70% at 102 mm (4 in), 80 to 90% at 127 mm (5 in) and 100% at 152 mm (6 in).
- As primary lighting, AC Infinity's chart runs a static fixture at 100% from the peak of the space at every stage, or a dynamic fixture held 38 mm (1.5 in) from the canopy tip at 40% for seedlings, 80% through vegetative growth and 100% in flower.
- To run the set from a UIS controller, use the single included male-to-male UIS cord to connect the EC power adapter to a controller port in place of the bundled schedule controller; that controller then supplies the programming.
- Hold the mode button to lock the controller, hold up and down together for two seconds to reset the current mode, or hold mode with up and down for five seconds for a factory reset.
- Unplug the power cord before installing, servicing or moving the set; the on/off programming is not a means of isolating power.
