The AC Infinity Smell Proof Belt Bag is a slim, waist-worn carry bag that conceals odorous dried goods behind a fortified activated carbon filter lining. It is the on-body half of AC Infinity's smell proof pair: at 3.0 cm (1.18") deep it sits flat against the waist or across the chest and leaves both hands free, where the roomier AC Infinity Smell Proof Hand Bag is carried by its handles and takes the bulkier loads. AC Infinity claim the multi-layered construction locks in and conceals any trace of odour, which suits it to dried herbs and botanicals, coffee, tea, supplements and cosmetics that would otherwise announce themselves.
The construction runs in layers from the outside in. The shell is 900D nylon, a dense heavy-denier weave that resists tears and abrasion and sheds water; the manufacturer's durability panel shows rain beading straight off the fabric. Beneath it sits a nonwoven fabric inner, and lining the main compartment is the fortified activated carbon filter layer, working on the same adsorption principle as a grow room's carbon exhaust filter scaled down to a bag: odour molecules migrating out of the compartment are trapped in the carbon's pore structure instead of passing through the fabric. AC Infinity's cutaway diagram shows five layers in the complete stack. The compartment closes under a zip, a front zip pocket holds quick-access items outside the sealed space, the long front zip runs under a water-resistant seal that sheds rain, and mesh pockets inside keep smaller contents organised.
The bag measures 38.3 x 16.5 x 3.0 cm (15.07" x 6.49" x 1.18"), the wider footprint of the two bags but much the shallower, so it favours flat items such as pouches, packets, a phone and cards over jars and tubs. A quick-release buckle strap fixes it to the waist or wears it cross-body, and both Black and Grey colourways carry AC Infinity's 2-year warranty. On harvest day it follows the AC Infinity Drying Rack in the workflow, carrying finished dried material once it leaves the rack. Its slim carbon-lined profile keeps odour concealment on the person and hands-free rather than in a bag that has to be carried.
NOTE: the carbon lining conceals odour only while the zip is fully closed, and the shell is water-resistant rather than waterproof - do not submerge the bag or leave it in standing water.
