The AC Infinity Suncore H3 Heat Mat is a 20 W far-infrared seedling heat mat supplied with its own inline digital heat controller, warming the root zone where germination speed and cutting strike are actually decided. Within AC Infinity's SUNCORE range the H designation is the distinction that matters: where the mat-only A-series runs flat out whenever it is plugged in, the H3's included controller holds an exact setpoint, powering the element only while the sensed temperature sits below it. Placed beneath a propagation cover such as the AC Infinity Humidity Dome, its bottom warmth accelerates germination and drives humidity up quickly under the canopy.
The mat is a quad-layer PVC laminate just 2.48 mm (0.09 in) thick, heated by a far-infrared film lining rather than wire coils, so warmth spreads evenly across the full 25.4 x 52.7 cm (10 x 20.75 in) surface instead of concentrating into scorching lines. Sealed seams and a sealed cord connection earn the mat an IP67 rating, meaning watering spills wipe straight off, though it must never be immersed. AC Infinity rates the mat to lift the rooting area approximately 5 to 11 °C (10 to 20 °F) above ambient, settling into a steady 27 to 31 °C (80 to 87 °F) band in typical rooms. NOTE: place the mat on a flat, well-drained surface free of standing water and sharp objects. Never position it inside a tray, cover it directly with soil or growing media, or lay heat-insulating materials over it, as trapped heat can build dangerously. The mat is rated IP67 for spills and wipe-downs but must not be immersed in water.

- Place the mat on a flat, well-drained surface free of standing water and sharp objects.
- Sit the seedling tray or propagation dome on top of the mat; never place the mat inside a tray or cover it directly with growing media.
- Connect the inline controller and plug into a 240 V outlet.
- Set the target temperature with the up and down buttons; hold both together to switch between °C and °F.
- If the seed packet gives no figure, hold 18 to 24 °C (65 to 75 °F), or consult the crop chart printed on the mat face.
- Let the controller cycle the mat automatically; it heats only while the sensed temperature is below the setpoint.
- To wall-mount the controller, fix it with the included screws; hold the power button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings if needed.
- After use, unplug the mat, wipe it clean and roll it into the included storage cover.
