Bugs for Bugs Beneficial Release Box provides a small holding point for beneficial insects within the crop canopy. Hang it where the release is needed, add the beneficials and let them emerge onto the plant when ready.
The cardboard box helps keep the release material from falling straight to the ground during application. It also offers an alternative to scattering the carrier medium directly over foliage, which is useful where keeping that material off the crop matters.
Position the box at the intended release point rather than treating it as a trap. It holds the introduced beneficials for their emergence; it does not catch pests or supply the insects itself.
NOTE: Beneficial insects are supplied separately.
