Bugs for Bugs Fruit Sizing Ring measures fruit diameter for seasonal monitoring and research. Its extendible metal strap wraps around the fruit equator, with the measurement read directly from the gauge.
The compact tool makes it straightforward to quantify fruit size while the crop develops. The scale can be read in millimetres or inches, so measurements can be recorded in the units used by the monitoring programme.
Use the strap around the widest equatorial part of the fruit and read the indicated diameter. It is a measuring tool for tracking size, rather than a device for predicting maturity or harvest readiness.
Turn a fruit-size check into a measurement you can record.
