In coco, your base nutrient does the heavy lifting. Coco is a soilless medium, so there's no reserve held in the ground and the feed solution does most of the work of supplying nutrition. Growhard Nutriponics Coco A+B is a two-part base made for exactly that, from a formula that draws on recent advances in hydroponic and horticultural science. It's part of the Nutriponics range, and its job is to enhance plant productivity, growth and overall performance, with increased crop yields and better harvest quality as the goal.
Roots love coco because it holds moisture and air at the same time. It has a catch though! Coco's fibres carry a mild charge and cling to calcium and magnesium, which means the medium can pull nutrients out of your feed before your plants get a look in. That's a big part of why a base made for the medium is a natural place to start.
Why two parts? Chemistry! Some mineral salts sit happily together in a dilute feed but react with each other at concentrate strength and drop out of solution. Keeping Coco A and Coco B in separate containers holds each concentrate stable until it reaches the water. Once both are diluted, they work as a single nutrient solution for your plants to take up through their roots.
