We offer a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for all HOMEbox products (Ambient, Vista, Add-Ons) against material and manufacturing defects. All HomeLab products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
Any damage that occurs will be examined individually and thoroughly by Eastside Impex GmbH. Damage caused by the customer is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
