HVC Silenced Mixed Flow EC Fan
The HVC Silenced Mixed Flow Fan is a mixed-flow inline unit built into an acoustically insulated canister to reduce operating noise while maintaining strong airflow and static pressure for ducted runs. Its EC (electronically commutated) motor delivers efficient torque and smooth control at low RPM, letting you dial in ventilation precisely without the surging typical of basic AC fans.
Inside the housing, the mixed-flow impeller balances axial volume with centrifugal pressure, helping the fan maintain flow through carbon filters, bends and longer lengths of ducting. The canister’s internal acoustic lining dampens motor and airflow noise at the source for a quieter installation.
Each fan ships with a matched EC speed controller, so you can set and hold the exact airflow needed across propagation, vegetative and bloom stages. Standard inlet/outlet collars integrate directly with ducting and accessories, and the supplied mounting tabs or bracket make hanging or fixed installs straightforward.
The silenced range is available in 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm and 315 mm, covering small tents through to larger rooms. When paired with a correctly sized carbon filter, the system provides discreet, controllable extraction with equipment-focused reliability.
Acoustically lined EC canister for quiet, high‑pressure ducted extraction.
Noise-Dampened Housing
Acoustic canister and lining reduce perceived operating noise versus standard inline fans.
Whisper‑Quiet Operation
Engineered insulation and mixed-flow design ensure minimal noise without sacrificing power.
Mixed‑Flow, High Pressure
The mixed‑flow impeller maintains airflow against carbon filters, bends, and longer duct runs.

Directions for Use
- Setup & Installation
Secure the fan using the provided bracket or hanging tabs. Install inline within ducting, placing intake and exhaust fans strategically hang fans high for exhaust and near base for intake to optimise air circulation. - Power & Control
Connect the integrated speed controller. Adjust airflow to suit each growth stage: lower speeds for propagation, moderate for veg, higher for bloom. Ensure the fan’s power rating aligns with your electrical supply. - Operational Recommendations
Maintain optimal airflow by setting fan speed to balance temperature, humidity, and CO₂. Avoid restricting airflow by matching duct size and minimizing bends. - Maintenance Guidance
Inspect airflow and noise levels monthly. Clean external casing as needed; there are no internal parts requiring regular cleaning.
When not in use, store the fan in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, ensuring the controller is disconnected and components are sealed securely.
