We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Plont Powerheads are very cost-effective and offer excellent performance for the price.
The BSP threaded outlets are particularly useful, as they allow you to connect the pump to a wide range of commonly available hose barbs and fittings rather than being limited to proprietary accessories. They also provide good pressure and flow for an inexpensive submersible pump.
Plont is not necessarily my first choice when price is not a consideration, but for anyone wanting a reliable pump without spending a lot, it is generally the budget brand I recommend. I’ve used a number of them over the years and have always found them difficult to fault for the money.
