Measure the usable canopy and confirm the selected model's dimensions, weight, coverage and suspension clearance.
Disconnect power, unfold or assemble the fixture as directed, and suspend it level from supports rated for the full fixture load.
Keep the driver, plug and all electrical connections dry, ventilated and clear of irrigation or condensation paths.
Begin with a conservative hanging height and dimmer setting, especially for seedlings, recently transplanted plants or crops moving from lower light.
Increase output gradually while monitoring leaf angle, bleaching, temperature and irrigation demand. Use an external controller only when its compatibility is confirmed.
Disconnect power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Wipe accessible surfaces gently with a soft damp cloth; do not scrub the diode silicone or use abrasive cleaners.
