AC Infinity Thermal Resistant Hose
The AC Infinity Thermal Resistant Hose is the dedicated exhaust duct for the Thermoforge T7 and S7 ducted grow heaters, carrying their heated output from the unit into the grow space so warmth lands where the canopy needs it rather than pooling around the heater. Standard ducting is not built for a heater's exhaust path - PVC-shelled flexible ducting melts where exhaust temperatures pass 80 C, and bare foil kinks and tears when repeatedly flexed hot - so this hose is moulded instead from thermal-resistant polypropylene that takes sustained heater output while its outer surface stays cooler to the touch, for hobby and professional growers running heat into tents through a Tasmanian winter.
The hose is formed as a continuous polypropylene concertina, and the pleated wall does two jobs at once. Folded, it packs to 0.7 m (2.3 ft) for storage and tight installs; drawn out, the pleats extend it to a full 2.4 m (8 ft), around four times its packed length, with no joins or seams for hot air to escape through. The same pleating makes the wall semi-rigid: bend it to an angle and it holds that angle, so a stream of warm air can be aimed at a cold corner or up under a canopy and stay aimed, without sagging or springing back. At the heater end a counter-clockwise threaded collar winds onto the exhaust port and locks against it, a positive mechanical seal that does not work loose as the hose expands and contracts through heating cycles. The polypropylene wall also insulates, so the hose can route past tent fabric, cabling and foliage without presenting a hot surface.
It fits the exhaust port of the Thermoforge S7 and T7 and is the heat-rated duct option for both; the heaters' 100 mm (4 in) intake side takes standard four-layer ducting instead. Its threaded collar and shape-holding wall deliver the T7's full 1000 W output to a precise point up to 2.4 m (8 ft) from the heater, through heating cycle after heating cycle.
NOTE: this hose suits the exhaust side of the Thermoforge S7 and T7 only - it is not compatible with their intake ports, which take standard 100 mm (4 in) four-layer ducting.

Directions for Use

- Position the Thermoforge heater just outside or at the edge of the grow space.
- Wind the hose collar onto the heater's exhaust port, turning counter-clockwise until it locks and seals.
- Draw the hose out to length, up to 2.4 m (8 ft), and route it into the tent or room.
- Bend the hose to aim the warm air at a cold corner or under the canopy, and re-aim as the grow changes.
