The AC Infinity UIS Splitter Hub 4 Port turns one UIS controller port into four, distributing a single set of smart programming to as many as four matching grow devices from one block at the controller. It carries the highest ceiling of AC Infinity's splitter family: its ports accept up to three tiers of additional splitters and hubs, taking a single controller port to a stated maximum of 40 devices, where the AC Infinity UIS Daisy Chain Splitter instead builds its chain splitter by splitter down at each device.
The hub body spans 5.8 cm (2.28 in) and lines up four female UIS ports in a single housing, fed by a 25.4 cm (10 in) cord ending in a straight UIS male plug that connects directly at the controller; the straight fitting contrasts with the right angle plug used on the brand's per device splitters. UIS connectors are AC Infinity's proprietary USB-C style fitting, shared across the brand's controllers and powered devices, and the manufacturer states the hub's cabling is engineered for a firm hold in every port. Each female port takes the male to male UIS cord that ships with every UIS device, so four fans or four lights land on a single controller port with no extra cabling to buy, and each one gains access to identical timers, cycles and schedules through the controller and the AC Infinity app.
Named controller support covers the Controller 69, Controller 69 Pro and Controller 69 Pro+, and AC Infinity also list the AC Infinity Ai+ Environmental Controller as compatible, without device exclusive functions such as clip fan oscillation and unique device identification. On the device side the hub serves the wider UIS catalogue, from CLOUDLINE inline fans and CLOUDRAY clip fans such as the AC Infinity Cloudray S Oscillating Axial Clip Fan through CLOUDFORGE humidifiers, IONFRAME and IONBEAM lighting, and outlet gear via the UIS Outlet Control Plug. Finished in black, it concentrates the split at the controller: one hub replaces a run of individual splitters down the line, and its three tier expansion keeps a path open to 40 devices from the port it occupies.
NOTE: not compatible with RJ11/12 Type A and Type B adapters. Devices sharing the hub must be matching types and follow the one program assigned to their controller port; device exclusive functions are unavailable when paired with the Controller AI+.
