AC Infinity Multifan USB Axial Fan
The AC Infinity Multifan USB Axial Fan is a quiet USB-powered fan for circulating air around grow spaces, equipment shelves and warm electronics, offered in three frame sizes and two dual-fan configurations. It is the sizing range of the Multifan family: the AC Infinity Multifan Mini USB Axial Fan covers the micro spaces these frames cannot enter, the AC Infinity Multifan USB Centrifugal Blower handles shelves with no clearance above the gear, and the axial series matches frame to space - an 80 mm unit for a shelf corner, a 140 mm unit for the widest quiet sweep, or a dual set cooling two spots from a single USB port.
Each unit pairs an axial impeller with dual ball bearings rated for a 67,000 hour L10 lifespan, housed in a 2.5 cm (1.0 in) deep frame with a wire guard on both faces and eight detachable anti-vibration silicone feet. The S1 spins an 80 mm blade at 2000 RPM to move 44 m³/h (26 CFM) at a manufacturer-rated 17 dBA on 1.1 W; the S3 turns a 120 mm blade at 1300 RPM for 88 m³/h (52 CFM) at 18 dBA; the S4 swings the largest 140 mm blade at 1200 RPM for 97 m³/h (57 CFM), also at 18 dBA. The dual configurations join two fans with a 76 cm (2.5 ft) cord: the S5 pairs two 80 mm fans for a combined 88 m³/h (52 CFM), while the S7 pairs two 120 mm fans for a combined 177 m³/h (104 CFM) at a rated 19 dBA and 2.9 W. Power comes from any 5 V DC USB port rated 500 mA or higher, through a 132 cm (4 ft) cord carrying an inline three-speed controller and a further 69 cm (2 ft) run from controller to fan.
An extra USB port on each fan body allows up to four fans to share one power source, with chained fans following the controller nearest the supply; the dual S5 and S7 count as two fans each. Every model mounts horizontally or vertically and flips over to switch between intake and exhaust duty, operating anywhere from -18 to 70°C (0 to 158°F) and 35 to 85% relative humidity. These are standalone USB devices with no UIS connectivity, so where a grow space calls for sensor-driven canopy circulation the mains-powered AC Infinity Cloudray S Oscillating Axial Clip Fan is the step up. Available in S1, S3, S4, S5 and S7 models spanning 44 to 177 m³/h (26 to 104 CFM). Its dual-fan configurations put moving air on two pieces of equipment at once while drawing no more than 2.9 W from a single USB port.
NOTE: USB fans are ineffective in fully sealed enclosures - air must be able to flow in and out of the space through vents or openings. Multifan units are not designed for outdoor use, filter attachment or through-wall mounting, and splicing or hardwiring the USB cords voids the warranty.

Directions for Use

- Position the fan on its anti-vibration silicone feet beside the equipment or space to be cooled, or remove the feet and screw the frame into place through the corner mounting holes.
- Orient the fan for intake or exhaust duty; flipping the unit over reverses the direction of airflow.
- For dual S5 and S7 sets, place the second fan where it is needed, up to 76 cm (2.5 ft) from the first along the joining cord.
- Plug the USB connector into a dedicated port rated 500 mA or higher.
- Set the inline controller to low, medium or high; the same switch provides the off position.
- To daisy-chain, plug additional Multifan units into the USB port on the fan body, up to four fans per power source, and set the chained fans to high; dual units count as two fans.
- Keep both faces of the fan clear and never stack objects on top of the unit.
