The AC Infinity UIS Daisy Chain Splitter is a two port adapter dongle designed to sequentially connect multiple same type grow devices to a single UIS controller port, expanding an automation setup without stepping up to a larger controller. Within AC Infinity's splitter family this is the per device option: one splitter mounts at each device and the chain grows two connections at a time, up to 20 devices per port, whereas the AC Infinity UIS Splitter Hub 4 Port fans a single port out to four devices in one block at the controller.
The dongle is a compact moulded block measuring 2.0 cm (0.78 in) across the head, fitted with a low profile right angle male UIS plug that seats into the device's port and sits flush against the housing rather than protruding into the grow space. UIS is AC Infinity's proprietary variant of USB-C, so the plug matches the ports on the brand's controllers and devices but is not interchangeable with standard USB-C cabling. The body carries two female UIS ports: one receives the male to male cable arriving from the controller or the previous device in the chain, while the other runs a second cable onward to the next device's splitter. The adapter cord measures 25.4 cm (10 in) end to end, and AC Infinity state its cabling is built to hold a firm connection at every UIS port and connector. Also included is a 2.7 cm (1.07 in) female to female adapter that couples the splitter's plug to devices terminating in a male UIS pigtail rather than a female port.
Compatibility spans the UIS device range, including CLOUDLINE and CLOUDLIFT fans, CLOUDRAY clip fans such as the AC Infinity Cloudray S Oscillating Axial Clip Fan, CLOUDFORGE humidifiers, IONBEAM, IONBOARD and IONGRID lighting, and outlet devices via the UIS Outlet Control Plug, all running back to the AC Infinity Controller 69 Pro or Controller 69. Devices sharing a chain must be the same type, and the full chain follows the one set of programming assigned to that port: triggers, timers, grow cycles and schedules, managed from the controller or the AC Infinity app. Finished in black, the splitter adds a connection to a port for the cost of a dongle, and its right angle plug keeps every join tucked flat behind the equipment it feeds.
NOTE: daisy chaining requires a male to male UIS cable between each splitter, sold separately; every AC Infinity UIS device ships with one male to male cord of its own. Chained devices must be the same type and share a single program per controller port.

Directions for Use

Plug the splitter's right angle male UIS connector into the UIS port on the grow device; for devices ending in a male UIS pigtail cord, fit the included female to female adapter between the plug and the cord.
Run a male to male UIS cable from the controller port, or from the previous device's splitter, into one of the splitter's two female ports.
To extend the chain, run a second male to male UIS cable from the splitter's other female port to the next device's splitter.
Repeat with one splitter per device, keeping all chained devices the same type, up to 20 devices per controller port.
Set the port's programming on the controller or in the AC Infinity app; every device in the chain follows the same triggers, timers and schedules.
